You will be surprised how quickly it adds up. It doesn’t take long to earn credit toward your upcoming purchases and it only takes a minute or two.

Earning TpT Credit is Easy

As any other online platform, TpT changes up their systems to reflect current trends and best practices. Some time ago, they switched from earning “credits” in a point system to simply earning credit in US dollars and cents. This makes it easier to know exactly how much you have available to redeem.

First, log onto TpT. (See the pictures below.)

  1. Click on your username in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on “My Purchases” from the drop-down menu and all of your TpT purchases will appear.
  3. Click on “Leave a Review.” It is located under the product title and the name of the seller.  There is a small thumbs-up icon with “Leave a Review.” It is small and rather hard to miss. Like Leave a review.
  4. Complete the short review process. TpT changes this up from time to time so it may look a little different if you haven’t left any reviews for a while.

TpT will walk you through the review process. Then, hit submit and you are done! It only takes a minute and it really is that simple. Your credit never expires and may be used toward any TpT purchase.

Leave Reviews for FREE Products

Don’t forget to leave reviews for any FREE products you have downloaded. This helps out the sellers who have graciously offered their time and talents free of charge to support you and other teachers in their classrooms.

TpT does not award credit for reviews of free products, but it does help support the teacher/authors by building credibility. Those teachers spent many hours creating free products for you. If you liked the resource, please take a minute to give back by leaving a positive review

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR CREDITS

Redeeming credit is even easier that earning it. At checkout, your account balance will be displayed on the FIRST checkout screen. If you missed it, just click the back arrow button to go back to it. Enter the amount you want to apply to the purchase and click “Apply.” Easy, peasy. That is all there is to it!
